Job Overview
As a Sales/Business Developer, you'll be a key player in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and nurturing existing accounts. Our focus is on developing long-term relationships with clients, as the majority of our work is repeat business.
Responsibilities
Actively prospect and acquire new clients by researching and identifying potential leads and referrals within the industry.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales and foster long-term partnerships.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase our offerings and value proposition.
Collaborate with the internal team to create customized solutions and address client needs effectively.
Follow up with clients during the construction process to ensure our project services are being delivered as promised.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and construction techniques to better assist customers.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve market position.
Meet and exceed sales targets while consistently expanding the customer base.
Qualifications
2+ Years experience in sales, business development, or account management within the flooring or construction industry.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work independently.
Knowledge of the flooring materials and understanding of construction processes is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
