Job Overview

As a Sales/Business Developer, you'll be a key player in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and nurturing existing accounts. Our focus is on developing long-term relationships with clients, as the majority of our work is repeat business.


Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and acquire new clients by researching and identifying potential leads and referrals within the industry.

  •  Identify and resolve client concerns.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales and foster long-term partnerships.

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase our offerings and value proposition.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to create customized solutions and address client needs effectively.

  •  Follow up with clients during the construction process to ensure our project services are being delivered as promised.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and construction techniques to better assist customers.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve market position.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while consistently expanding the customer base.


Qualifications

  • 2+ Years experience in sales, business development, or account management within the flooring or construction industry.

  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work independently.

  • Knowledge of the flooring materials and understanding of construction processes is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
